We are the only full service shipyard on Clear Lake. We service all types vessels, and have a full crew on site to handle all of your service needs! The business was started in 1987 by Mark Grinstead. The founding principle is the same today as it was 24 years ago-provide the highest quality marine service available anywhere. The company has continually strived to provide high quality products applied using the latest tools of the trade by a highly trained staff of technicians.
